Koala Park

This new 2 storey house is situated on a north /south orientated block with views south overlooking a tree lined canal.

The house is broken into various volumes and this allows for a north eastern courtyard bring winter sunlight deep into the plan.

Perforated aluminum screens to the northern elevation provide privacy from the street and protection from the northern sun.

A bagged and painted brick wall runs internally and externally and is top light by a continuous skylight.
