Ocean Parade

This project involved extensive renovations to an existing house on a very steep south facing slope.

The key to the success of this project was to link all the different levels with one continuous scissor stair.

All existing low roofs were removed and new new mono pitch roof built to capture significant views through the trees to Tallebudgera Creek.
